Netbooks were definitely one of the hottest items this past holiday season. Many people ended up going with the Acer because of its low price. If you weren't terribly thrilled with the features of the Aspire One, Best Buy has a deal on the ASUS Eee Pc 1000HD netbook for $350. This is a bit different from most of the netbooks on the market as it uses the Intel Celeron 353 processor instead of the Atom. While clocked at a lower speed, it is in some cases faster than the Atom based netbooks. Other features include 1GB memory, 120GB hard drive, 10-inch 1024x600 screen, 802.11b/g wireless and Windows XP. It also is black rather than the white in the press photo I have from ASUS.
